All of our teas are sourced from ethical farms, and we are proud to be all plastic free.. even the cellulose inner which looks plastic but isn’t!

Do your tea bags contain plastic?
Absolutely not — and never have! Our tea temples are made from natural corn starch, with paper tags and heat-sealed strings — no glue is ever used. They’re 100% biodegradable and commercially compostable, though we don’t recommend trying to compost them at home, as they require higher heat and more micro-organisms than a typical garden compost can provide.
